This policy explains how API Mesh Everyday Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use api-mesh.digital and contact us about decision-making and personal planning services. - Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs for advertising profiles.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Where data goes
Inquiries are sent via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our systems use the details only to respond to you about planning services. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: kept up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer storage.
- Cookie preference: until you clear site data or change your choice.
- Security logs: typically 90 days, unless needed for an incident investigation.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting core site access. Contact us using the email or phone in the business block above; we respond within reasonable timeframes required by law.
International transfers
If we use infrastructure outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Children
Our services are directed at adults making personal decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
